40 Year Industry Veteran Ed Schrenk to Retire and Continue as Consultant for the Company
SAN RAMON, Calif. — February 28, 2007 — Solera today announced that Senior Vice President Edward L. Schrenk retired from the day-to-day operations of the company effective February 28, 2007 but will remain in an advisory capacity. Ed started his career at Travelers holding multiple positions within the company from multi-line adjuster to managing trial attorney. Ed served in various claims executive positions with CNA, and Crum and Forster before joining USAA in 1986 as the senior claims officer. After retiring from USAA, Ed consulted with various insurance-related businesses before joining Tony Aquila at Engineroar (Ensera) in 1999. During his career, he was instrumental in numerous industry organizations and process innovations that furthered the industry’s drive toward automation.
