Fortifies long time presence in high potential country markets
SAN RAMON, Calif. — November 29, 2006 — Audatex, a Solera Company, today announced that it
has created the Central and Eastern European Business Unit, or CEE, to manage its operations in 13
countries across the region. Collectively, the countries in the CEE have a total of nearly 70 million
passenger vehicles, which would rank it behind only the United States in terms of market size and
potential. The markets offer significant growth opportunity for Audatex.
"Solera’s investment in the CEE organization strategically aligns Audatex with the way our customers
do business in these growing markets," stated Richard Nathschlager, recently appointed CEE
Managing Director. "It enables us to strengthen our presence here, to continue to invest, and to focus
our management, experience, and resources on delivering tailored solutions based upon local market
needs."
"Companies operating in the CEE countries face common challenges and opportunities,” said Tony
Aquila, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Solera, Inc. “Audatex can draw upon our unique experience
from around the globe to help these clients automate the claims process and to capture these
opportunities. Our dedicated staff in these countries now have additional supporting resources to
service their clients even more effectively than before."
